Type Training Manager
Applicant will be responsible for:
- Ensure that all the type training courses and examinations are carried out in accordance with company procedures;
- Examination system for type training;
- Definition of the requirements of qualification of the instructors and examiners and checking their enforcement.
- Definition of the requirements of continuation training, of the planning of training and checking their enforcement;
- Launching and preparation of the course according to the order / contract, checking that the theoretical and practical training’s required by contract are carried out and recorded according to the current rules and procedures;
- Assessment and management of the providers and subcontractors.
If you have experience in taking above mentioned responsibilities and believe you have the right skills, are highly motivated, able to operate autonomously and as part of a team, with the drive and commitment to succeed, then we would like to hear from you.
Proficiency in English and Russian is a must.
